Premier’s Recruitment, Preparation, and Mentorship program (RPM Program) is an all-inclusive program that is designed to mentor you from the first time you begin exploring a law enforcement career, through the day you have achieved your dreams and get sworn in as a law enforcement officer. Our team of active law enforcement executives, who have a combined 150+ years of experience, will be with you every step of the way to guide you, prepare you, and mentor you as you navigate the hiring process. Your six-month membership, which will begin on March 15, 2025 includes:

Access to your assigned mentor

An interview with your assigned mentor to determine strengths and weakness, and areas in need of improvement

Access to our online portal with training videos related to every step of the process

Access to our network of professionals to assist you with the process (attorneys, physical trainers, etc)

Designed for law enforcement officers to better help identify, assist, de-escalate and minimize the opportunity for use of force situations when dealing with individuals in crisis or who live with mental illness

This course will provide an overview of common mental illnesses our officers on mental health calls and their identifiers

We will examine and identify the civil and criminal liability areas we face

Discuss successful techniques that can be implemented by law enforcement to avoid conflict and decrease the chances of escalating the encounter.

Identify mental health and substance abuse community services available at the state and local levels in New Jersey that officers have at their disposal to assist those in crisis.
